Futher delay in resumption of trial?

The Office of the Principal Defender and the Office of the Prosecutor have just filed a [pdf] joint submission with Trial Chamber II, requesting continued adjournment of the trial until August 20, forgoing the scheduled session from July 3-11.  This and other documents are available in our document collection.
