Pros: What connection have you had to Sierra Leone since you taught in Koidu?

 IS: Describes a few trips to Sierra Leone in 1970s and 1980s.  Returned in 1996 for Care.  Was a member a UN expert panel in 2000.  Was on a Canadian delegation in 2001 visiting the region.  Went in 2003 for the Irish government.  Went in 2005 with a Tufts University project looking at human security issues.  Has been to Sierra Leone 4-5 times in connection with his work for Partnership Africa-Canada.
